Very beautiful guitar with an excellent sound (for me). Tuning is easy and holds well. I really like its satin finish, it's a nice change from glossy. Although it doesn't prevent playing, the action is a bit high. A little surprise when I saw that there is a package with the guitar containing an Allen key to adjust the neck curvature with the explanatory manual (in English), a bridge nut in case the original one was too filed down I suppose, and a bridge pin in case one is lost or broken. All this is very nice from Cort. I am very happy with my purchase.

Review from a beginner: Beautiful guitar, good sound with a very nice projection. The strings are quite high which is not easy to handle when starting out. I plan to have the saddle of the bridge filed down as read in two other comments. In summary, excellent value for money!

Very good guitar for its price, well finished, rich sound and good bass. I am a somewhat particular guitarist, because of problems with both my hands (I can no longer make chords), so I use it in open and slide. The neck is very pleasant. The tuning machines hold the tuning for now, about 3 hours of continuous use with different open settings. Perfect for me. Ultra fast delivery, thanks to Woodbrass.

Package received in less than 24h and guitar very well packed. Very good value for money, the solid top is appreciable, the sound as well. However, as another buyer mentioned in the comments, I also filed down the saddle nut by about 2mm, I find that the strings are naturally way too high, but everything is back to normal.

Package very well packed, no issues there, a bit disappointed with the service offered by Chronopost who dropped my package at a relay point when originally it was supposed to be delivered to my home.. but well now I have it, it's fine. Regarding the guitar.. I tuned it directly and tested it, and... WHAT A PLEASURE!! Great sound, good resonance, the strings are pleasant to strum, honestly for the price, it's a great choice!! What pushed me to buy it was seeing the blind test done by the woodbrass team and guests, and now that I have it in my hands, I understand why it was everyone's favorite ;)

The safe bet to start with the Folk guitar - the price has certainly increased over the years, but honestly Cort remains the king of value for money and the earth 70 remains a very good guitar to start with or even for experienced guitarists looking for a second guitar that is not too expensive to carry around.
