Roland welcomes three new instruments to the legendary TR drum machine family. Based on the TR-8S, the flagship of our range, the TR-6S Rhythm Performer delivers next-generation TR performances in a compact and affordable format. The TR-06 Drumatix is the latest addition to the Roland Boutique line, blending the sounds and programming style of the 1980s TR-606 with modern features. Also based on the TR-606, the TR-606 Software Rhythm Composer adds a new renowned TR instrument to Roland Clouds Legendary range.
The TR-6S delivers the same pulsating and vibrant sounds as its big sister. It offers six sequenced drum tracks featuring the most iconic drum sounds in music history, housed in a battery-powered unit that can be set up almost anywhere. Authentic recreations of the legendary 808, 909, 707, and 606 drum machines are at your disposal, with the ability to mix them together or with futuristic FM sounds and/or your custom samples to create unique hybrid kits.
The sound of todays music owes much to the famous step sequencer, notably the TR-REC model from the early Roland drum machines. The TR-6S uses the same "tried and true" approach, enhanced by real-time recording and modern functions. And thanks to numerous expressive effects, users can add new dimensions to their rhythmic tracks. The TR-6S also serves as a high-quality USB audio/MIDI interface, ideal for mobile productions or limited setups.
