XD-V55 Family
For singers, performers and presenters, the XD-V55 family sets new standards in flexibility, reliability, ease of use and audio quality. The XD-V55 systems - both handheld and beltpack transmitters - use exclusive and innovative digital technologies to guarantee unparalleled audio quality and reliability. With a handheld mic system featuring 4 great mic patterns, a lavalier mic system with 3 EQ filter patterns, and a headworn mic with a premium omnidirectional capsule, the XD-V55 family has you covered. . Microphone modeling ensures an absolutely unaltered signal with true 24-bit exploitation and DCL (Digital Channel Lock) technology protecting your signal at all times.
Four impressive microphone models for mic systems hand
The XD-55 handheld microphone system offers the professional vocalist 4 superb microphone models, based on the best stage microphones from Shure, Sennheiser and other manufacturers. With the push of a button on the mic, you can choose the model that best suits your voice.
Modelling EQ filters for beltpacks
For singers, For musicians, performers, and presenters looking for freedom, the XD-V55 beltpack systems offer 3 EQ filter models for quick access to professional-grade sound. The location of the microphone on the collar, chest or cheek is no longer a variable and you can even connect an instrument to the transmitter: the EQ filter models allow to optimize the performance of the system according to the situation.
Full spectrum, uncompressed 24-bit audio processing
All singers know how much confidence boosts the quality of the result. The extraordinary flexibility and reliability of the XD-V55 systems make it easy to take to the stage.
With 24-bit precision for full-spectrum frequency response from 10Hz to 20kHz and dynamic range At up to >117dB (A-weighted), the signal from an XD-V55 digital wireless system is as clear and loud as if you were using a wired microphone.
Unlike systems analog wireless, XD-V55 digital wireless systems never use signal compression/expansion (?companion?): they always retain the full dynamic range. XD-V wireless systems render every nuance of audio signals extremely clear and natural. The adjustable dynamic filter not only prevents handling noise but also attenuates unwanted ambient noise while preserving the natural articulation of the voice.
Advanced audio protection
The systems Line 6 digital wireless devices use proprietary digital technologies to protect their signals from interference that wreaks havoc with analog wireless systems. DCL (Digital Channel Lock) encoding technology distinguishes the digital audio data of the XD-V55 from any other signal emanating from a third-party device, even WiFi. It thus prevents the reception of audio signals from other 2.4GHz devices.
Transmission on 2.4GHz. License free, worldwide.
You may have noticed that some wireless microphones come with FCC warnings. Line 6 digital wireless systems, such as the XD-V55, do not require an "FCC Consumer Alert" label because they are fully compliant with FCC regulations. XD-V digital wireless systems use the 2.4GHz ISM band. It avoids interference from television broadcasts, devices exploiting white spaces, mobile phone relays and other types of transmitters. XD-V55 systems remain highly reliable around the world and can be used with peace of mind from Hollywood to Tokyo.
You worry about interference from WiFi and Bluetooth devices operating in the 2.4 band GHz ISM? XD-V55 digital wireless systems use digital transmission technology with proprietary addressing and encoding, ensuring signal integrity from transmitter to transmitter.
4th Generation Digital Wireless Technology
Since its debut, Line 6's digital wireless technology has been winning accolades and proving that analog wireless technology is no more. the only possible option. Now in its 4th generation, Line 6 digital wireless technology is by far the most advanced on the market and continues to set new standards in simplicity and performance.
Easy to set up
Like all Line 6 digital wireless systems, the XD-V55 systems are incredibly easy to set up. Just choose one of six permanently available channels for transmitter and receiver to lock onto each other - done!
Signal integrity up to 100m
At two steps or at the end of range, XD-V digital wireless systems deliver a signal of a quality and unparalleled reliability. Unlike analog wireless systems, there is no increased risk of interference or signal degradation the further you move away from the receiver. So you can work with peace of mind right up to the limits of your XD-V system's range.
Combine up to 12 different mic systems
Designed to soloists or formations with several singers, the XD-V55 systems can be used simultaneously, whatever the type of microphone used. Assign a different channel to each system for perfect transmission without any interference between channels.
Many live productions require different types of interchangeable microphones. The XD-V55 family is ideal in this case as it is designed to combine handheld, lavalier or headworn microphones as well as instruments within a single digital wireless system. As all models of the XD-V55 family have the same digital wireless receiver, mixing microphone types does not change the simple configuration of the system.
Battery and signal status
The transmitter and receiver of XD-V55 systems have clear visual indications of system status.
The transmitter (belt and handheld) allows you to select channel as well as mic or filter EQ model and to check battery status at a glance.
The receiver features a 5-segment LED indicator that reflects signal and battery status.
Robust construction
The XD-V55 system is built to withstand the vicissitudes of a tour. The receiver and beltpack transmitter have a robust aluminum and polycarbonate housing. The polycarbonate handheld transmitter is lightweight yet extremely durable.
