These microphones are intended for DJ use only. The reliability / battery life / range matches the description, but the sound quality is lacking (very muffled, lack of definition in the upper midrange almost absent, which significantly impairs speech intelligibility). Using them in a musical context seems inadvisable for the reasons mentioned above. Furthermore, there is a lot of hiss, making the use of dynamic processing (compressors) difficult.
