The MEINL Sonic Energy Handpans are handmade using premium steel. This material was chosen both for its ability to be hand-worked and its ability to hold tuning. These instruments are designed to last a lifetime. The "Harmonic Art" series Handpans produce clear and pure notes when played by hand. The sound is pleasant, soothing, and relaxing and can be used for music in general but also applied in therapy. Each handpan is tuned to a central note and seven additional notes allowing the musician to work within a musical scale both as a soloist and in a group.
