Incomplete, especially considering the price

Received today, fast delivery, well packed, apparently good quality product but manual in English (Groovetech Cruz Tools): is there a translation? But where is the second item of my order, no information!!! New: Almost complete kit, missing the special bass screwdriver... too bad! Regarding my order mentioned above, I forgot to read the delivery conditions which state possible shipment in several packages. A thousand apologies
