Description
Based on the timeless simple cut-away body shape of the Starfire II and III, the Starfire I SC features a 2 "thick hollow-body with an added bridge block to increase stability and resonance. Made with a table, a back and sides in belted maple, the Starfire I SC has the airy tone of a hollow body instrument with brilliant harmonics and pronounced bass. The 24 3/4 "scale and neck profile slim, modern U-shape design allows for fast and smooth playing, and the Guild Vintage 18 tuners and Tune-o-matic bridge provide easy tuning and harmonic stability. Guild HB-2 Alnico II humbucking pickups deliver vintage tone rich and switching in single winding by push-pull is possible from one or the other microphone Antique Sunburst finish
