The EVH® Frankenstein™ Classic humbucking pickup is inspired by Eddie's original PAF pickup that he installed in the first incarnation of the black and white super Strat®, as photographed in 1978 on the cover of Van Halen's first album. Personally designed by Eddie himself, this unique pickup ironically features 5150 windings!
