a cable you know just to see over time if it holds up it's bent and that's good for guitar, bouzouki... it prevents the jack from wearing out quickly because of the cable bending. just put it in the right direction (a bit technical cable indeed...) if you manage it, it works well I will change my review if they wear out too much or malfunction prematurely
