I received a first bench with bent legs and the underside of the seat torn. I therefore reported the incident to Woodbrass by attaching some photos. The next day, Woodbrass informed me of the shipment of a new bench which I received 3 days later. Well done for the service. Regarding the product: nothing to say, the bench is stable, compact and everyone can adjust it to the right height. I recommend both the product and the supplier.

what efficiency! lightning-fast and perfect delivery very good advisor contact (and yet I am not a musician but just a musician's mom!!) same for customer service a small issue with the bench quickly resolved by customer service this is the second time I order from woodbrass and I will no longer consider ordering elsewhere thank you all.
