Placement in the ear is not easy at first. Changing the filters is not easy. I am always afraid of damaging the rest of the plug in the process.

Very good sound attenuation especially with the gold filters. Changing the filter is a bit difficult and it's a shame there aren't two pairs of earplugs instead of one and a half pairs. So, you can't have a spare pair if you want to change attenuation quickly, and given the price, a fourth earplug would have been welcome.
