The Xeros two footswitches provide quick and intuitive loop control:
- Press the left switch to record and play loops
- Hold the left switch to undo
- Press the right switch to stop loop playback
- Hold the right switch to activate speed effects
- Double-press both switches to toggle between channels
- Hold both switches to trigger a full stop or complete erase
With built-in gestures, you stay in control without navigating menus or complex operations.

Loop Modes Tailored to Every Workflow
Switch between three flexible loop synchronization modes:
- Sync Mode: keeps all loops aligned to the first recorded loop
- Unsynced Mode: allows each channel to record loops of completely independent lengths
- Poly Mode: create polyrhythms using shared time divisions (3:4, 5:7, etc.) for nested textures (supports MIDI clock for precise sync)
Visual Feedback to Stay in Sync
Each channel has its own multicolor LED system indicating:
- Red, green, and white for recording and playback controls
- Cyan, pink, yellow, and blue LEDs for various speed effects
- Channel control status via dedicated red LEDs

Speed and Direction Controls
Want to reverse your loop or manipulate it in time? Activate Speed FX to unlock:
- Half / Normal / Double speed

- Effect activation syncs with loop start in Sync and Poly modes, ensuring precise timing
Responsive Bypass
The Xero features a true relay bypass: when no loops are active, the pedal disengages automatically, leaving your tone completely unaffected.
