The product itself is very good, rather simple to use, clear, it looks a bit "cheap" (lightweight, plastic that doesn't give an impression of robustness) but it remains acceptable. The big downside of this iris is the software part from IK Multimedia (Amplitube, on iPad in my case). The idea is very nice and it's quite good for amp and effects simulation... but what a pain to use!! Beyond having a pop-up every 20 seconds to unlock a feature (I took advantage of a big promo where for €30 you get all the pedals, amps, tools), the software is not a model of ergonomics (difficult export, unintuitive access to settings...).

Hello everyone I bought this irig HD 2 to use with my old 3rd generation iPad, and it works. For that, you need to have a 30-pin adapter (e.g., USB adapter and photo memory card for iPad). Regarding the PC, lower the buffer value to the minimum threshold to avoid latency. Otherwise, pure happiness. Definitely recommended.
