Bought REMO Ambassador heads (batter and snare) for an old snare drum used in batucada. After a few days of use: very good sound, and good snare response. Delivery on time to the pickup point. Thank you Woodbrass!

I changed the bass drum and snare drum heads on my drum set, using Remo and Evans, and it sounds so much better!! So happy! If you have kept the original heads on your instrument and it sounds bad despite tuning and retuning attempts, switch to these heads, the result is striking!

The delivery company took 6 attempts to deliver. The parcel was returned to Woodbrass by courier. Woodbrass had to resend. Courier left the parcel on a farm trailer on a neighbours farm. Not acceptable. I contacted both Woodbrass and dpd several times requesting that the driver call me when delivering. dpd's online support is also crap. Although the product is still ok, the boxes were badly squashed and misshaped. Luckily the drum skins were not damaged. I recommend you chose a different courier in future.

Usually I take the Evans Hazy 300, for me they are the best but to change and stay classic the Ambassador is a very good drumhead, anyway you can't go wrong by choosing it, great product that tunes very well, amazed by the sound.
