Description

**WARNING, NON-CONTRACTUAL PHOTO**

Because Dugain picks are handmade, the colours may differ from those shown in the photos.

Years of research for unrivaled ergonomics. Faced with the design, which is often little concerned with the comfort of the picks, Jean-Charles Dugain reacted by creating picks that would no longer fall, that would stay well in hand.
Two fingerprints, one for the thumb, one for the index finger, hard materials, often non-slip wood.
The tips are cut by hand to facilitate the attack and the round trip.
The available materials reveal an unprecedented choice: coconut, buffalo or ram horn, rose quartz, jasper, hematite, bronze, silver, gold.

when you try a dugain you won't be able to go back!!!! perfect attack in both directions, exceptional grip, dazzling sound, you won't recognize your guitar anymore. i took an ebony, a horn and a delrin. the tip of the ebony is a bit rounder than that of the horn so it is a bit harder to make the strings sound but by attacking harder the sound is warmer, the horn makes your guitar sound directly whereas the delrin is perfect for fast and frequent back and forth in songs like "sweet home alabama". in conclusion i recommend ebony for playing with roundness and getting a muffled and warm sound, horn on blues is perfect for nuances and muffled sounds and delrin is rock and roll!!!!!! a little trick for the grip which is already extra compared to an ordinary pick wet it with your saliva (i know it's gross) and then it will stick to your fingers. thanks to Mr. DUGAIN... uh, small downside, unless you take the metal or stone ones, the Dugain picks still wear out (the manouche pump, it wears out!). It obviously depends on the frequency of use. Personally, it's every day and intensively! A classic Dunlop pick lasts me one day (!), the Dugains start to round off after 1 or 2 weeks.... in any case, it's true that I wouldn't change it for anything in the world!

Type of pick to get used to (very thick) when you are used to "classic" picks, more suitable for solo than strumming, but remarkable grip thanks to the ergonomic sculpting that firmly holds the pick between the thumb and the outer side of the upper phalanx of the index finger.

Great pick! It's the first time I've used it and I immediately had a very good grip. Unlike plastic picks and their rock sound, the sound is warm and somewhat muffled. It's very pleasant to hear.

Good, surprising at first for handling. On an acoustic, it gives a warm, soft sound. A must-have at least to vary. I recommend. Woodbrass delivery perfect

I received this pick at Christmas, nothing like the plastic ones I had, pleasant to hold and to play on my electric guitar. It's high quality. I love it!

A very warm tone, sound almost similar to that of fingerpicking. The horn is definitely my favorite material but unfortunately wears out too quickly.

Excellent pick! However, it wears out a bit faster than the bone model.

It's special! Ultra-stiff so too harsh for rhythms, but super precise and fast for solo playing and arpeggios. Very strong sound coloration (soft and slightly muffled for the buffalo horn) which makes these picks unsuitable for certain styles. Ideally, you should change picks with every style change! However, it is essential to have one or two because it would be a shame to miss out on their advantages... and frankly, 10€, it's really not the start of ruin!
