Complete software
Stereoplacer Elements is a spectral panning plug-in that allows very fine repositioning of certain frequency ranges in the left/right field without affecting the rest of the signal. It is particularly useful for recentring a bass, widening cymbals, broadening a mono guitar, or fixing a faulty stereo take. In restoration, it helps to "clean up" samples from old records and restore coherence to archives.
Target a frequency range and decide where it should be placed in the panorama. This "surgical" approach avoids altering the entire mix and allows intervention only where necessary.
The rest of the stereo image remains intact. Balance, phase, and overall tonal character are respected for a transparent mix that maintains the musicality of the source.
Correct approximate stereo microphone placements, reconstruct a sense of space from a mono source, and reshape old or degraded recordings. Perfect for restoring samples from vinyl records.
Designed as a streamlined version of Stereoplacer, Elements offers essential frequency placement tools in a clean environment, to get straight to the point in music production, post-production, and sound design.
