Cyclop is designed to sculpt modern basses with strong impact: wobble bass, reese, 808 body, growls, cinematic subs. It excels in energetic genres like dubstep, trap, bass house, techno, or drum & bass. Its performance-oriented workflow allows creating lively, modulated lines perfectly locked to the tempo, both in the studio and on stage.
At the heart of Cyclop, two generators deliver massive sound material: spectral and digital modes, "analog fat" character, or playback of your own samples in wavetable. The "Sample Transformer" and "Phase Stressor" open the door to granular, distorted, and moving textures, with free routing for experimentation.
The famous Wobble Knob modulates synth and filters at tempo-synced speeds, for immediate rhythmic movements. Choose modulation shapes and drive impactful timbre transitions without losing the groove.
Up to five modulators (envelope, 9-shape LFO, 16-step sequencer, "Sound Knob", Wobble) can target 16 destinations for precise sound sculpting. From subtle breathing to extreme mutations, everything is under real-time control.
The 10x2 filter section includes a "Vowel" mode for talking formants and vocal timbres. The effects sequencer (four tracks) combines the spirit of Effectrix and Turnado: with one gesture, chain complex effect patterns via the "FX Knob" or dedicated sequencing.
