UAD Brigade Chorus is a modulation plug-in designed to add thickness, movement, and depth to your sources, with the organic character typical of analog bucket-brigade circuits. It excels equally in pop/rock production as well as electro, synthwave, indie, or ambient, whenever you want a chorus that "blends" into the sound rather than a slapped-on effect.
On vocals, it can widen and soften presence without overpowering the mix; on guitars and basses, it recaptures iconic textures from the late '70s and '80s; on synths and electric pianos, it adds a dreamy, cinematic dimension. Used sparingly, it brings subtle brightness; pushed further, it becomes a sonic signature, between detune, wobble, and expressive vibrato.
Unlike some choruses that are too bright or artificial, Brigade Chorus favors a dense and flattering modulation that embraces the source. The result: a wider and deeper sound, with that sought-after "milkshake-thick" quality on guitars, basses, vocals, and synths, without losing the musicality of the original signal.
