Excellent value for money! Perfect for use with a desktop computer, this microphone stand does not transmit keyboard, mouse, or other impact noises to the microphone. Personally, I use a BIRD EM1 without suspension and the result is perfect. I recommend it!

The base is quite heavy but it should not be shocked at the risk of dropping the microphone... the height is good for recording myself on the saxophone when I am standing.
