Amazing amp for pedal board. Already owning the latest Yamaha THR 30, I was looking for a platform to build a pedal board with minimal clutter at home. With its ECC83 tube, effect loop, and mini format, my choice fell on the Terror Stamp. I am very happy with my choice, it looks great on my new pedalboard and limits the cables lying around. The clean sound pleases me, crystal clear and warm; with the gain at 3.8 it very well reproduces the character of my ES 335 and my PRS Standard. With these settings, it's an excellent platform for pedals. I think the crunch sound is its strong point. With the shape a bit to the right, you easily get Classic Rock and Grunge sounds. For High Gain, it's a bit more complicated, it tends to turn fuzzy. However, you can work the sound with the guitar's volume and tone and by lowering the gain a bit to get something not too bad. But the best solution in my eyes for high Gain remains to boost it with an overdrive. Then adjusting a bit with the pedal's tone becomes great!! I recommend this amp to anyone who wants to open up to the world of pedalboards with minimal clutter at home but also for the stage.
