Sparedrum LO26 - SHELL DRILLING LAYOUT 6" TO 26"

Description

This drilling template allows you to easily trace on your barrels and with certainty the drilling points that will accommodate your shells, trigger, counterpart, decompression vent ...
For 6 ”to 26” drums

Use :
- On a flat, rigid and sufficiently large surface, place the template
- Then place the barrel on the corresponding size, the black line should slightly protrude, it will help you to check that your barrel is correctly centered
- Keep the keg in position (it absolutely must not move)
- Draw straight lines on the drum with a pencil using a school set square or a set square combined with each color marker (depending on the number of tie rods you want to install)
- Trace with the millimeter zone the place where you will place the trigger and on the opposite part the counterpart
- To check that your lines are correct, you just have to turn the barrel and align the lines with the colored lines. Then check the perpendicularity of these lines with your square
- Once all the verticals have been drawn, you just have to measure where you want to place your shells and other parts and reproduce this measurement on all the lines of tie rods

Tips:
- Before drilling, check your work several times
- Check that you are using the correct drills (correct diameters, drills adapted to the material of the barrel)
- Measure and check with precision the dimensions and spacing of the parts you want to install

Good DIY!
