I've had this microphone for a month, it is quite neutral with good dynamics, no need for a big preamp to drive it, those of my Focusrite 18i20 do the job. It performs very well on vocals (singing, speaking, rap, rock... etc), acoustic guitar, percussion, and even double bass. I haven't used it on amps yet, but it should work too. Moreover, the recording environment is untreated, but this microphone is quite forgiving, as it picks up little room echo. The build quality is up to par for the microphone and the suspension. In summary, very good microphone at an unbeatable price.

Not disappointed with the product! I plan to get a second one for stereo inputs.. Very good voice rendering. I also did outdoor recording (connected to an H4N) with a windscreen (birdsong..). The pop filter is effective ;) On my PC, I use the Scarlett 2i2 also purchased here..
