I will quickly go over the issues encountered when ordering this instrument: 2 months wait for delivery (restocking problem with the supplier) and guitar delivered with a slight chip/defect at the neck/body joint on the back.
Important: the instrument description states a rosewood fingerboard and Sperzel locking tuners but this fingerboard seems more like ebony and the locking tuners are Gotoh (a bit less convenient for changing strings).
Note: this guitar has a rather small radius which may surprise some; it's obviously better to try it before buying.
I recommend a string gauge of at least 11-48 on this guitar.
Regarding the instrument itself, I am very satisfied: a killer look, very decent finishes, very good playability (rather thin neck and really well finished frets), relatively light weight for a Les Paul type guitar and the legendary EMG 81/60 pickup pair, powerful but ultimately more versatile than one might think (from Blues-Rock/Hard Rock to Nu-Metal); unplugged it sounds/resonates very little (compared to my VGS Eruption Select, also Les Paul type) but once in the amp the pickups do the job and the sustain is present! The quality of volume and tone progression allows for many possibilities.
PS: the ranking/rating concerns only the guitar without taking into account the Woodbrass service and logistics which greatly disappointed me.
