Now owned by Kirk Hammett, Greeny has passed through the hands of three legendary guitarists. Its distinctive tone partly comes from the phase-shifted middle switch position, due to the reversed magnetic polarity of the neck pickup. The Kirk Hammett "Greeny" Les Paul Standard is inspired by this legendary guitar and offers players worldwide the chance to experience a bit of Greeny's magic firsthand.
