A slim and compact body combined with a very thin neck, all combined with the rich and powerful sound of the Hagström Custom 62 pickups? No doubt, you have in your hands an Ultra Swede! This guitar is a real concentrate of the know-how of Hagström gathered in an instrument carved for the XXIe century. The sleeves manufactured by Hagström are known as the fastest in the world and the Ultra Swede is obviously provided. Its H-Expander truss rod, Resinator key and "D" profile provide a comfortable playing surface that can handle the lowest action settings. Let your fingers fly on the Ultra Swede: a guitar that will definitely make you vibrate!

Twenty-three years later, the legend is back. The new Hagstrom guitars captured the style and original spirit of the brand. Ordered on Saturday; received Wednesday morning. Superb guitar. However, 2 strings buzz, one string is oxidized, strings don't hold tuning, and the jack socket is a bit "loose".... Disappointment, called after-sales service who invited me to take my new guitar to a luthier to have it adjusted and thus validate that it has no defects. The argument: the guitar is shipped directly by the manufacturer, adjustments are not made because transport (in the airplane hold by Chronopost) would cancel them. A return to after-sales service (at my expense) would not guarantee that a new shipment would yield the same result. Meh.... So I take my guitar to a luthier who for 50 euros adjusts the neck, "planes" the end of the frets that are a bit too prominent, tightens the bridge screws causing unpleasant vibrations, raises the pickups a bit for more "punch", tightens the jack socket, oils the fingerboard and puts new strings. Back home, plug into my Fender Mustang and... so cool!!! Pure happiness. In conclusion, I do not regret my purchase even if I did not expect to add 50 euros more. The guitar sounds very good clean and distorted. I'm having fun and now I know a good luthier!... (Show more)

Very fast delivery. Product checked upon delivery, no issues. The guitar is beautiful, the playability on the neck is very pleasant, very good sound. Except for this problem with the E, A, D strings that buzz.
