Powerful synth, extremely versatile, multipurpose.. with nice ergonomics. Except for the keys which are not great, but well, it’s okay! At this price, you don’t expect a competition keyboard. As for the sound, here I have a problem.. I just CAN'T get into it. You know that delicious sensation of traveling when you take a synth in hand for the first time? Nope. Very metallic, cold.. well, it’s true that some presets rock, and the digital oscillator is nice. But no more. As an analog fan, it kills me to see that Ableton VSTs sound much better than this synth, and to be forced to replace the Korg with them in my productions. So well, this story ended with a resale, and off to the Hydrasynth. Better a good digital than a bad analog.

I am not disappointed, after multiple searches I turned to the minilogue XD which is very versatile, includes a sequencer, high quality in terms of finish, and accessible for a return to analog.
