Excellent microphones for this budget! The Lewitt LCT 040 that I was able to test are more flattering and offer an openness that these Rode M5 do not have. Too bad, I did not keep the LCT 040, one of the two suffered from a big buzz which strangely was not detected by the after-sales service? According to them, it came from my setup which I had of course taken care to check beforehand (cables, preamp). I was unlucky this time. These are excellent microphones for recording acoustic guitar.
