Epiphone - L-00 Studio - Vintage Sunburst
The Epiphone L-00 Studio Acoustic/Electric guitar is a direct descendent of Epiphone’s original line of flattops going back to the golden age of acoustic guitars in the 1930s. The smaller "parlor" or "blues box" style acoustic guitar is favored by blues players of all eras for its compressed, woody tonal quality, short scale, and comfortable weight, which makes it ideal for fingerpicking or the bark of a bottleneck slide. Now featuring the Fishman® Sonitone™ soundhole preamp and Fishman® Sonicore™ pickup, the L-00 Studio Acoustic/Electric can now plug-in and be heard on any size stage with first class acoustic/electric sound.

After nearly a year of use, I am posting this review to say that I am delighted with my choice (and the advice from the woodbrass seller). The quality of this guitar is, for the price, absolutely top-notch (having compared it since with other guitars I've had the chance to play). Even the original set of strings provided is quite satisfactory, it has a great sound, a bit hard to play for the fingers at first, but normal for a folk guitar. I can only not judge the quality of its plugged-in performance as I have tried it very little. In short, I recommend it.

Excellent value for money. This guitar is super comfortable once you get used to its unusual scale length. Plugged in with a good EQ and light compression behind, it's an absolute killer. I wanted to use it as a backup guitar for concerts, it just took the place of my main one. Mainly suitable for fingerpicking. It remains interesting for strumming even though it's not its strong point.

Elle est tout simplement incroyable et possède de bonnes finitions. Pour 165€ il est impossible d'obtenir mieux en E/A voir même en acoustique. La livraison Woodbrass est top, livraison standard commandée mardi soir et reçu jeudi matin. Rien à redire. Exceptionnel. Merci .

Very nice guitar for its price! I wanted a second cheap electro-acoustic in case of trouble on stage and I must say it does the job! Ready to play right out of the box! (The action is slightly high but nothing serious, it's adjustable). One negative point => Visible traces of defects on the varnish at the bottom of the neck and next to the jack tip... Still acceptable for the price, even if it really shouldn't be the case. Finally, I have one last negative point, not related to the guitar but to the company Chronopost. The delivery was somewhat laborious, the customer service being unsatisfactory... that said, Woodbrass remains a good reference!
