Very good tuner, precise and does not generate vibrations

Hello, after quickly receiving my order from October 21, the Addario soundhole tuner does not light up properly (new and checked battery). I returned a 2nd one that also does not work properly (letters E A D G B E and 440 HZ incomplete). Both tuners have been returned to you, a 3rd one was sent back to me, this one is much more readable during the first uses. Today the letters E A D G B E are again incomplete. Your controller explains after checking the first 2 returned that they work properly. I assure you I am acting in good faith having had a tuner for several years (same brand same model, just the color of the LEDs white instead of green). There is a problem somewhere. I will do a check with another person as soon as possible and will get back to you for the next steps. Best regards. The old model same brand same ref (purchased) about 2 years ago works very well (white color LED), whereas the new model received (green color LED) is crap.
