Thanks to its full-range Focus Mode, the Solo6 combines two monitors in one, allowing you to stay in the sweet spot during mixing, save space on the console, and simplify cabling and monitor switching.
In terms of technology and performance, the Solo6 features a 1.5" inverted dome Beryllium tweeter with an "M" protective grille, and a 6.5" "W" cone woofer with a frequency range extending up to 10 kHz, specially designed for Focus Mode. It also incorporates Focals patented Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) technology, reducing distortion by 50% in the 1 kHz to 3 kHz range, as well as a high-pass filter, a switchable auto-standby mode, and a 160 Hz filter to address console reflections, making the Solo6 a reference monitor. Finally, for immersive listening setups such as Dolby Atmos and Sony 360RA, the Solo6 includes mounting inserts for wall and ceiling installation.
