I am quite disappointed with the delivery. The product arrives in a rather thin box (so very fragile) and with zero protection (no polystyrene, no bubble wrap... nothing at all) so at the slightest shock the box gives way... It was delivered to me the first time, the package was in a sorry state. The rounded piece in the middle of the leg to adjust the height was completely out of the box and all damaged. It was delivered to me a second time with another carrier and the result was the same, the same part of the piano leg was sticking out of the box and this time again there was really no protection around the product to protect it... The customer service was however very responsive to this issue but I advise you to buy this product rather in store to avoid damage... As for the product, there is not much to say, it is a stable piano leg, rather satisfactory
