Bought on sale for 215. It's a great value for money, purchasing Maschine gives access to many apps from the NI suite, there are plenty of expansions that are amazing. The learning curve requires a little adaptation time, but there are lots of tutorials online. Top build quality, the pads are very responsive, you can adjust the velocity in the options. Only downside, I thought the included sampler allowed pitching samples without speeding them up, but that's not the case... so I use Serato sampler in Maschine... it's a shame.

After two months on the Mashine software I made up my mind and I did well, at the same time it was intentional I wanted to get some practice on the software without the assistance of a controller. I did well because now that I master the software, I breathe, ideal to automate, transpose, refine your project without struggling with the mouse. Same for slicing samples, playing with arpeggios, scales. In short, for a more than affordable price, it is a project facilitator plus delivered with its plethora of sounds, two free expansions, 25 e voucher.. An exceptional value for money, mashine mikro the must.

The product quality is beyond doubt, I believe. I have several devices from Native Instrument and always the same impeccable quality. I gave 5 stars for ease of use, even if we must admit that the learning curve is slow at the beginning. But personally, I love that... so it's not a problem for me. Value for money, I read, saw, listened to quite a few competitors to get a pad and in the end I spent a bit more budget to have many more features. I hesitated with an Akai MPD218 (ok it's not the same thing, Maschine offers much more) and what made me choose is the sensitivity of the pads which seems to be quite uneven between products at Akai (you have to get a good device otherwise too bad...) whereas at Native it's quite even.
