Rivals any keyboard for playing midis. The rendering is perfect. I had CVP before and know Yamaha products. The sound quality is also perfect and there is plenty to do. Maybe the 920 is better but with a midi file and playing live on the file, it's perfect. Hesitated with the 920 but for what I do, the higher model would have brought absolutely nothing more, except vocoder, some things that no one really needs and extra sounds but the 720 has more than enough to do. The touch quality is really very good, it's amazing. Compared to a MODX, the keyboard is much better. It's surprising actually!
