Description

For over 60 years, EVANS has been an innovator in drumhead manufacturing and design. As the creator of the first synthetic drumhead and other revolutionary products such as EMAD, Hydraulics, and the UV1 series, EVANS drumheads are designed with the intent of solving problems for drummers. Regarded for high quality and consistency all EVANS drumheads are made in the USA and feature Level 360 Technology.
EVANS HD Dry heads are made with two plies of film?an outer ply of 5mil film and an inner ply of 7.5mil film, plus a 2mil control ring on the underside of the head and precision-drilled dry vents around the head?s perimeter to eliminate stray overtones.
HD Dry heads have a slightly defined attack, with shorter sustain and less brightness than standard HD heads.
This snare head is coated for added durability and extended life.
All EVANS drumheads feature Level 360 Technology to provide ease of tuning, extended pitch range, and optimum quality of sound.
EVANS drumheads are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.

Very good skin! I just received it, it is beautiful, easy to match (maybe a little less than others due to the perforations) and sounds good. Not too much resonance as expected, but not completely muffled either, perfect in my opinion!
