Over the past decade, the worlds top sound engineers have chosen Rupert Neve Designs as one of the few analog devices capable of accompanying their tours. Featuring 24-bit 192 kHz mastering-quality converters and full Dante protocol integration, the RMP-D8 finally delivers to the live sound world what studios have always coveted: the Rupert Neve Designs sound.
At the heart of the RMP-D8 are modular microphone preamp cards incorporating Mr. Rupert Neves custom transformer designs. Unlike other Dante-integrated mic preamps that rely mainly on a single IC for gain and tone, each channel of the RMP-D8 is equipped with a Class A microphone preamp driving a custom transformer, meeting the high standards of Rupert Neve Designs standalone preamps.
The RMP-D8s audio signal will work seamlessly with any Dante-enabled device in environments ranging from concert halls and clubs to studios. Overall, the RMP-D8 brings the classic Rupert Neve Designs sound into a connected world with the Dante protocol.
