The cross tube was missing, Woodbrass sent me the complete extension without any problem. Thank you very much for this commercial sense. It's certain that I no longer have any concerns about the seriousness and after-sales service of this brand.

It doesn't get more basic. Easy to use, the extension is not necessarily easy to integrate (the need to cut rubber tips to install the extension is akin to tinkering... which can be dangerous). The stability is borderline despite good tightening of the screws.
