In this EKX for EZkeys 2, absolute opposites of audio range collide in a comprehensive library of sounds spanning the gamut from industrial rock and metal to dark electronic music and soundscapes cinematographic. The sounds were based on a wide range of electronic instruments and analog synths paired with an acoustic piano and organ. The individual components were then processed using pitch modulation, granular effects, distortion, compression, amps and external components to create sounds with an inherently dark, gritty and bully. Finally, these instruments have been combined to create hybrids of never-before-seen sounds represented in a total of 82 presets divided into five distinct categories: Keys, Pads, Leads & Basses, and Textures. Expect a comprehensive collection of bending, asymmetrical, convulsive and phased sounds, covering everything from earth-shattering drones and basses to ethereal pads and piercing leads.
