Originally from the original Black Panther, this new Cherry Bomb Design Lab has been redesigned and optimized for sound and a more vintage look with a modern and precise manufacturing! Constructed from low density cherry, this wood absorbs the harmonics too high and delivers a warm, punchy and controlled sound. Mapex has used a special satin paint for this Design Lab series that limits the vibrations and naturally compresses the sound of the drum to bring it seriousness and character.
