Everything about the Zoom B6 is designed specifically for you. With four DI models and state-of-the-art multi-effects, the B6 gives you the freedom to explore a whole world of sounds.

Introduction

The new ZOOM B6 is specifically designed for bass players! It features an XLR output, a must-have on stage, with four character types emulating classic tube or transistor DIs. Combined with the new analog circuitry and 88.2 kHz sampling rate, the B6 takes care of the sound of your instrument. It also features two inputs with selectable impedance from 1M to 10Mohms to suit any instrument (including double basses with piezo pickups) and offers a footswitch to switch between the two inputs.
Under the hood, the B6 features 11 legendary amp models (plus a few new ones) and offers IR (impulse response) from 12 speakers, each with three mic positions.

It includes the largest collection of legendary effects ever offered by ZOOM as well as a dozen new ones. The B6 features a looper that records up to two hours to SD/SDXC card and 68 rhythmic patterns for practice. Thanks to micro-usb connectivity, you can record directly to your DAW. The B6's presets can be edited via its 4.3-inch color touchscreen, but also by using Guitar Lab on your computer or via Bluetooth with the Handy Guitar Lab app (with the BTA-1 adapter not included) on your iPhone or iPad. Finally, it is the first multi-effects processor accessible for the visually impaired thanks to the Handy Guitar LLab app featuring VoiceOver and VoiceOver Gestures.

Beau boîtier bien construit pratique et agréable à manipuler pour un utilisateur pas trop habitué (Plus batteur que bassiste), le nombre et la qualité des patchs d origine sont déjà une excellente source d inspiration et ont ressuscité le potentiel de ma petite Ibanez SR700 et ses Elixir... La sortie audio casque est assez dynamique et branchée sur l entrée ligne d un petit Fender Rumble 30 W envoi un bon gros son, je mets à 50% max par defaut la sortie du B6 pour ne pas être surpris par la puissance de certains patch. Je n ai pas encore assez de recul pour être plus exhaustif mais dans l immédiat le fonctionnement du boîtier me paraît clair. Le looper est easy et la gestion des menus via l ecran tactil est juste géniale. Pour les dimensions et poid du boîtier rien à redire...Juste à conseiller et à utiliser sans modération..
