A new take on the traditional nylon-string guitar aesthetic, the Matiz series combines maple accents and traditional tonewoods in 4 eye-catching colors: Aqua, Coral, Pale Sky, and Classic Blue. The spruce top and mahogany back and sides offer the projection and warmth associated with a nylon-string guitar, while the maple headstock, bridge, and fingerboard give the C1 Matiz a whole new look with a bright tonal response. A satin polyurethane finish provides protection against dings and scratches, while the ghost rosette, designed after our traditional wooden rosette, allows the colorful tops of the C1 Matiz to shine and take center stage. A matching color recycled nylon gig bag is included, so you can rest assured your instrument is protected responsibly and sustainably.
