Very good product, easy installation using a self-adhesive putty (patafix) on the instrument case, a small adjustment depending on the position of the microphone and it's ready to reproduce a very clean sound. A simple and effective microphone! For your information, the cable sold with the microphone is not 30cm but rather 3m. Once again, thanks to Woodbrass for the fast shipping and the quality of their products.

Received this morning, I installed it on a Prudencio Saez (stuck on the treble side bridge) then connected to a Black Star mini amp (pack with 3 + 3w speaker) it's great. The microphone is good, it reproduces the classic Spanish sound well. (You have to fine-tune with the gain knob and the amp's OD option) Of course, I am an amateur, less demanding than all the "pros" but I listen with my ears...

The sound acquisition is excellent but I think there is a shielding problem, particularly with the cable: my amp picks up a small 50 Hz hum when I plug in the cable, whether the cartridge is connected or not, which does not happen with my dynamic microphones: the hum disappears as soon as I plug in the microphone. I will try to change the cable.
