The groove is assured with penetrating bass. The ICOA SUB subwoofer allows you to set it at the right level to get the audience in the mood and draw them to the dance floor or to emphasize the message at a conference.
The ICOA SUB subwoofer performs very well at the lower end of the audio spectrum while offering generous power reserves and a very clear sound reproduction. It relieves the main speaker, whose bass drivers will be less stressed by bass impulses, resulting in reduced intermodulation distortion: even at high volumes, the sound of voices and instruments remains perfectly clear.
Its 400 W (RMS) class D amplifier offers a peak power of 1600 W. So it's got plenty of power under the hood. The ICOA SUB can also be ideally adapted to your setup via the presets of the integrated DynX DSP. It also offers a choice of three cut-off frequencies: 80, 100 and 120 Hz. Finally, the signal polarity can be changed and the line delay can be set up to 10 m.
If requirements change over time and rooms become larger, the system can be adapted. Several ICOA SUB subwoofers can be connected in parallel. This way, you will benefit from even more power. With two ICOA SUBs, you can also use the cardioid mode. Normally, the subwoofer emits in all directions. By pointing one towards the rear and activating the pre-configured cardioid mode, the bass will be radiated forward in a controlled manner, while maintaining the same punch.
These 18mm laminated wood cabinets are stackable and have an M20 thread on the top to mount the main speaker with a spacer bar. For transport, wheels can be mounted on the back; glides protect the edge during assembly and disassembly. Finally, to ensure that the ICOA SUB cabinet fits comfortably in the hand, four aluminum handles with a rubberized surface are available.
