A thoroughly analog synthesizer.
The MiniBrute 2S is a monophonic synthesizer using two VCOs following a 100% analog signal path up to the audio output. Arturia aimed to push the concept to its limits and also chose not to include memory to avoid altering the analog signal with digital controllers. The famous multi-waveform VCO from the first MiniBrute returns here as the first oscillator. A second VCO appears, notably allowing for a sine wave shape.
A triple sequencer derived from the renowned BeatStep Pro.
The MiniBrute 2S also brings an element no analog instrument can boast: a triple step or real-time sequencer fully editable at will. Whether for live performances or studio sessions, this sequencer adapts perfectly to the moments needs. Equipped with four tracks, it allows independent assignment of the last two to external modules, enabling three sequence lines readable and editable in real time.

The MiniBrute 2S features System Link connectors on its sides, allowing secure attachment of the Arturia RackBrute. This rack lets you add Eurorack format modules, infinitely expanding the possibilities offered by this extraordinary synthesizer.
A touch of softness in a world of Brute.
The MiniBrute 2S features a new version of the filter introduced with the first-generation MiniBrute. Used gently and with oscillators at low levels, it delivers a deep and wide sound. Of course, it can also become razor-sharp when pushing oscillator levels and adding some Brute Factor.
48 input/output points: welcome to the semi-modular world.
Unlike a hardwired synthesizer where you must accept the manufacturers choices, the semi-modular synthesizer lets you intervene by patching cables on its connection matrix. The MiniBrute 2S offers 48 input/output points allowing you to modify envelope assignments and also transmit all this information analogically to external Eurorack modules.
