Designed and manufactured in England by Neve engineers, the Neve 88M dual mic preamp & USB audio interface brings the sound of iconic studios, such as Abbey Road, Air, and Capitol Studios, into your home studio setup. This robust front-end recording system uses the same transformer-balanced technology found in Neve’s flagship large-format 88RS console. It is complemented with mastering-grade AD/DA conversion, producing world-class fidelity and premier studio musicality throughout.

I wanted two pro preamps with a colored but precise sound and a simple sound card without all that intermediate mixer mess... The drivers on Windows are stable, latency at 1.88 ms in Cubase... Very clean, wide and deep monitoring, The sound is worth it, there are really objective tests in English, go read them if you're interested in this card... it doesn't look like much but it's impressive and cheap in my opinion.
