The volume controls, independent for the clean sound and the octave sound, provide you with the perfect adjustment in the snap of a finger. But the Octamizer doesn't stop there, quite the opposite... The pair of filters allows you to shape the texture of the low octave sound and the clean sound separately.
From creamy to sharp and aggressive.
As for the Clean Tone control, it benefits from a full-spectrum equalizer that boosts the highs by cutting the lows and vice versa, giving you the possibility to create octave doubling effects or blend the two to achieve rather synth-like sounds. The multipole low-pass filter on the Octave Filter control gives access to a round, creamy sound up to sharper and more aggressive tones.
