The stereo counterpart of the PRO-AV1, the PRO-AV2 offers full stereo operation thanks to its two channels and efficient connectivity.
Designed for multimedia applications.
Developed by Radial to provide solutions for audiovisual professionals, the passive active DI box PRO-AV2 was designed to simplify the management of signals from various sources, eliminating the need for multiple adapters whose quality is often inconsistent. As the stereo version of the PRO-AV1, the PRO-AV2 converts the high-impedance signals from consumer devices into low-impedance signals better suited for professional equipment such as PA systems.
Renowned performance.
For Radial, build quality has always been a priority and has become literally renowned. To illustrate this commitment, the PRO-AV2 is equipped with a pair of Radial Eclipse transformers specially developed for audiovisual applications, precisely converting impedance while ensuring a linear frequency response from 20 Hz to 18 kHz. The electromagnetic isolation provided by the transformers offers effective protection against interference from external sources.
A simple and efficient stereo interface.
Complementing this exemplary build quality, the PRO-AV2 features a wide selection of consumer connections, allowing you to avoid numerous adapters and interfaces. With its two stereo RCA, minijack, and jack inputs, the PRO-AV2 can handle a large range of consumer devices such as CD players or computers. Equipped with a ground lift switch and a 15 dB attenuator, this passive DI box can also be used with active instruments like keyboards, guitars, or basses.
Built to last.
Like all Radial products, the PRO-AV2 is designed to withstand the rigors of touring and the most demanding uses. Its steel chassis and special two-piece design provide exceptional protection for the transformers and circuit board.
Robust and comprehensive, the PRO-AV2 is the stereo multimedia DI box you need to connect your stereo sources to a stereo PA system.
The Pro AV2 is the stereo version of the ProAV1. It is equipped with 2 high-quality Radial transformers used for impedance conversion and signal balancing. Inputs include 2 RCA, 2 x 6.35mm jacks, and 1 stereo 3.5mm jack. Outputs feature 2 XLR microphone-level outputs. It can be used as a stereo DI or dual mono, with both channels fully independent. Its main application is interfacing stereo consumer equipment into a professional sound system. Applications: - Converts high-impedance "consumer" signals to low-impedance signals - CD players, laptops, tape decks - iPods
