The ULTRA-DI DI20 is an active 2-channel direct / splitter box which transforms the asymmetrical high impedance signal into a line signal intended to directly feed a console or a recorder. This direct box is designed for musicians (especially guitarists and bassists) but also for live / studio / broadcast sound engineers. It converts two separate asymmetric signals into two balanced signals on XLR and has a Link / 2 channel mode for mono, 2 channel or splitter uses. In Link mode, the signal of input 1 is split into two balanced signals on XLR to which is added an unbalanced signal on jack. The double disengageable attenuator allows the handling of signals whose level reaches +48 dBu while a Ground Lift selector eliminates the problems of ground loop.
