good quality microphone. However, plan to purchase a foam windscreen to avoid 'pops' (a membrane a bit too soft for my taste). Compared to my sm58, this one holds up, that's true... And even if it colors the voice a bit more, especially towards the midrange. I am still satisfied with this purchase. (excellent value for money)

You shouldn't trust too much what is said. Yes, it's a good microphone but (because it has a but) it is far from being a professional microphone and it is not worth a Shure or Sennheiser. This microphone will only amplify your voice and that's all. To have a microphone that beautifies your voice, adds nuances and makes it pleasant to the ear, you need to use a pro microphone like Shure or Sennheiser. This microphone is good for solo or group rehearsals, speeches, performances in small bars and that's all. You need to opt for a pro microphone for larger stages.
