The guitar comes with strings that are not pleasant to play ... you just need to change them. Otherwise, I personally received an unadjusted guitar (8 mm distance between the neck and the low E string at the 13th fret). The guitar was unplayable and even out of tune. However, by gently tightening the truss rod (1/4 turn) each day (for this guitar, use a size 4 Allen key: not provided by Epiphone), I was able to fix the situation. For its price, the guitar turned out to be pleasant to play. Moreover, it has a neck shape that suits me perfectly. It's a very good investment if, like me, you are looking for a guitar to carry around (on vacation or elsewhere...) without too much risk.

For this price, we shouldn't expect anything exceptional, let's be clear! However, this guitar offers a neck shape that I find very comfortable. I need to adjust it because I received it with an 8 mm gap between the neck and the low E string at the 13th fret... so a very hollow neck and an unplayable guitar... I thought guitars were at least adjusted before being shipped, but apparently not. It does have a good sound but is not very accurate... this may also be due to its adjustment issues.

This is my first guitar and it convinced me. My guitarist friend and I find it very well finished and with beautiful bass tones. The body might be a bit large for me as I am quite petite, but apart from that, nothing to complain about. I recommend this guitar to any beginner.

Good guitar, pleasant to play, for the price it is excellent! To see over time, but to start with a folk or to have a backup guitar for camping/vacations, I find it perfect!! Only downside, the original strings which really leave much to be desired: I got scared when unpacking! Take an extra set of strings to change them as soon as you receive the package;-) Fast woodbrass delivery and well-protected package, thank you woodbrass!
