My first Sennheiser. Unbeatable value for money. I'm not a pro but here is what I appreciated The microphone is an ideal size which makes positioning in the bass drum easier. The sound is on point, I owned a Beta 52A, an excellent microphone but I found the sound quite colored regardless of tuning. The E602-II will require more tuning, adjustments, and placement work to get a very good bass drum sound. I recommend it without hesitation
